When we use GameAnalytics on a hybird game. We notice that the userID are changed after we remove the app and reinstalled and we want to know how to fix the userID
Besides this, we are using Facebook and Google as the login method and when the player log out the game, we wil generate a new ingame userID for the player, we notice that on GameAnalytic, the userid are alway the same no matter we are login or log out, we wonder how we can seperate the acount in different userID?

To connect the Facebook or Google ID you could potentially use External User ID (https://docs.gameanalytics.com/advanced-tracking/external-user-id/) or Custom Event Fields to set them up that way. With Custom Event Fields (https://docs.gameanalytics.com/advanced-tracking/custom-event-fields/) you could have a field per user_id, for example user_id_fb, user_id_google.
The only way to access the External User ID and Custom Event Fields are using Datasuite (https://gameanalytics.com/datasuite), which is a premium solution. If you'd like more information about this, let me know!
For the different IDs when reinstalling the game/app, you could use try to use Custom User IDs. You would take the ID you have, perhaps hash it, and track as the primary user_id. One thing to keep in mind with this is that you should not alter the custom user ID, once you set it up, because if you do, then our system will again see the user as a new one, which would disrupt data.
