Since you guys moved to the new dashboard this has been a horrible experience. Funnels not working is the final thing In a long list. Moving to Firebase. You never should have launched the new version without going into beta, respectively alpha first. I can’t believe I’m still using such a bad tool. I admit it has been a great ride the last years and GA has helped me a lot. But time to move on.

Christoph Müller: Sorry to hear you're not having a good experience with the new version. Only legacy funnels have been discontinued. You can still use the funnel feature in the new tool. If you'd like help with that let me know perhaps I can assist! You can still use the legacy version until Q4 2023, Q1 2024, the only feature missing there is the funnels. Again, let me know if you need help with funnels in the new version, and apologies for the inconveniences!

Hi Ousaf! Legacy Funnels will be discontinued quite soon. It should have been 1st of April, but because of Easter holidays it was pushed back. I would expect this week for the old funnels to be discontinued. Most of them unfortunately fail to process at this point, apologies for the inconvenience!
