New UI/UX isn't understandable

So totally agree. I am running into many issues migrating to V3, and it's caused me to research alternatives. I hope though that V3 can maintain the V2 feature set, and I can just stay with GA. Fingers crossed

I couldn't agree more. Where's the search function??
Can I even look up games that are not mine?
I don't get it. I think I'm only able to look up my own game's data.
If so, then I've got your whole website wrong. I thought gamalytics would be about the analytics of the gaming industry. Maybe I should rephrase this:
What does your website do?

Yess, I signed up here just to tell that the new UI sucks big time, I spent several minutes and yet I was unable to find new users by day. I'm already considering using another analytics tool.
Nicky Toma
Paulius: I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time with the new interface. We're always trying to improve the user experience on the web-tool based on feedback, and this thread is top priority, we just have to work on updating the features first.
Related to the inquiry, you can look at new users, if you go to the explore tool, and select the "New Users" metric, from the metric picker. It should be presented to you on a daily basis by default. Let me know if I'm misunderstanding or if something is not clear.

Paulius
Nicky Toma: That's exactly the point. Why do I have to go to Explore, then select metrics, then select engagement and only then I can choose New Users. It sucks, such basic metrics should be on home screen or easily accessible like it used to be in legacy version.

Hi from GameAnalytics!
Since release we have been planning and developing many improvements to address known shortcomings versus our older tool.
We have also been reaching out to many who reported feedback here. This resulted in some very good sessions/discussions with plans for improvements. If you have not received an email and wish to share feedback directly then do not hesitate to reach out!
The plan is to keep the legacy tool available during at least 2023 and very likely until end-of-Q1 2024.
Improvements are being developed and will be released throughout 2023. Contact us to shape what is being prioritized first! The feedback you share is very valuable and we appreciate the time spent even it's sharing negative feedback. Some specific items need more technical development (and therefore later delivery) but it's not forgotten.

I wish to add to this statement my conclusion:
Pros:
- new design is awesome beauty (and that's probably it)
Cons:
- person who design it 100% don't own/manage any mobile app
- usability is incredibly against the user
- i like the setup on dashboard New Dau by days(left)/ country split by days (right), downline left side Dau (sometimes country split in it) by days, right side session playtime , this is gives me observation of what was happened today, yesterday and during the time range i choose. Below is retention graph - this is what was in the old design. In a new design its against you :) no useful information , user cockpit is bad. Again person who did it never use it in every day basis.
- there are more disputable options and decisions you did , but please bring me back old design. Today i check geo split and other stats i need to quickly observe what has happen via Google Admob.
don't kill your product, AppsFlyer which was bad all the time product exist, now is better and also free if you don't use attribution.

Keeping the main page where it shows a quick run down of all games, visitors, and changes over the past 24 hours is a must please.

I'm completely agree with Lucas, the new UX is very bad, I'm completely lost and I can't fine my Custom Dashboards anymore, each time I have to switch to Legacy version, the Legacy version is very handy. Generally changing the UI/UX of a service with these several features and panels it's not standard approach, please get back to the Legacy version. I'm not comfortable with V3 at all.

+1 And replying to your question Nicky Toma, I think the main problem is the spacing and the scale of certain elements. It is very hard to look at the graphs and the information and find what you're looking for compared to the old design. I understand the need to modernize, but UI Design is important.
Nicky Toma
Christoph Müller: Hi Christoph! Thank you so much for the feedback! If there's anything else you notice in the future please don't hesitate to either contact support or leave a message here!
Have a great day!

Agreed. I personally found very helpful to have a quick run-down of the numbers of our games in the landing dashboard. Now it's just not there.
The navigation is beyond cumbersome if you're doing it on mobile too.
And I check analytics on mobile because the app was also very limited and not UX friendly.

I agree. It's awful There used to be a Win Pct Widget on the progression tab. It was very useful, and I can't seem to find it or recreate it on the new tool.
Nicky Toma
Travis Brown-John: Hi Travis! We are working on providing feature parity between the two versions. Thank you for the feedback, and do let us know if there is anything else that you don't like!
