Hello! Apologies for the late reply!
I hope I'm not misunderstanding, but you should be able to view that by going to the Explore Tool, selecting DAU as a metric and then grouping by Global dimension > Build.
That will transform the visualization into a bar chart with the number of users for each build.
I will post some screenshots for clarity. Unfortunately for results there's just one bar in the chart, because the demo game has only one version.
I hope that this is what you wanted to see, but if it's not do let us know and we will help.

Thanks for getting back to me!
I want to use a filter on existing dashboards. Here is a screenshot of the legacy version and how easy it is for me to filter the data.
Your suggestion seems to work, but that means I have to re-create my dashboard every time

Kaue Aftimus: You can save filters, aggregations and such if you select the Save button when on the Explore Tool page. First create the visualization you want then select Save.
Then you can select the Views button for a list of all the views you have saved. I'll post some screenshots

Nicky Toma:
What Kaue is asking can't be replaced by the Explore tool because in the explore tool you can display just one thing at a time.
Without the ability of using filters and split in dashboards, they are not useful.
I believe most of us want to open the dashboards, where they have a lot of info visible at once and be able to use the filters to:
- Split by country
- Split by A/B test variant
- Split by acquisition publisher

David Vignoni: I've talked to our product team and hopefully we can have Global Filters for predefined dashboards as soon as possible.
Thanks for all the feedback David <3

Kaue Aftimus: We have added global filters on dashboards a while ago. Let me know if you have further feedback!
