Where is Configs filter on GA 3?

In legacy tools is possible to filter Config values (such as set on a/b testes) using config global filter. Where can I found similar filter on GA 3?

Hi Victor! Unfortunately we do not support A/B Testing, Remote Configs and Cohorts filters in the new version as of now. Hopefully we can add the option to filter by A/B Testing and Cohorts sometime around the end of May, but you can still switch to the legacy version and do that :) . 
You can switch to the legacy version by selecting the button in the following screenshot:
