Cohorts on new Dash still broken

I had some email conversation 1.5 months or so back about how bad the new dashboard is. One thing was about the lack of readability. Nothing has changed since then unfortunately...
Today I thought I would give the new dashboard a try again. But man, is it frustrating to see what Game Analytics has become.
One dashboard I look on daily several times is the cohort dashboard. I attached two screenshots, one of the new another of the old. I took them at the exact same time.
As you can see, the old dashboard is updated and live. While on the other side, the new one is completely broken. It doesn't even have the current day, but even worse, yesterday is not even updated to the full amount of new installs/users.
How do you want us to use your analytics tools if even the most basic numbers are broken?

Hey Christoph! Apologies, we are working as fast as we can to fix issues and respond to feedback.
In terms of cohorts, hopefully we can add data from current day in the new version as well, but as of now I believe due to how backend is set up in the new version of the web-tool we only do -1 day, though again, I'm quite sure an option for current day would be possible.
Related to data inconsistency, I assume you looked at the data on the 1st of July here. It might have been related to time stamps, do you remember what the time was when you checked. Because the web-tool updates at 00:00 GMT, perhaps if it was close to that hour, data might not be 100% updated.
Though I did check and thankfully now it looks good, and it seems that just the last day in the cohort seemed to be buggy, but we will investigate.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Nicky Toma: 2 months back the cohort actually had the latest day included. It seems you took it out on purpose.
It really seems you want us users leave your platform. So many people have complained and literally no changes whatsoever from your side.
Btw, regarding readability, I think the problem with the thick lines is simply due the line not being responsive. Because in bigger graphics it looks way better... So it would be such a simple fix to do, please don't say that you're fixing as fast as you can, because it just looks worse when you say this.

Hi Christoph. I checked with our product and backend team.
We removed the Realtime day from existing Cohorts as it was unreliable in certain cases. The Cohorts feature will be reworked at some point to introduce more functionality, but not in the short-term (likely Q4). However we will take a look at spacing/UI to make it more readable. We recommend using the legacy version of cohorts to see the current day until then.
Some months ago we engaged directly with community members to discuss improvements (what mattered the most). We have been prioritising based on that. We would like to make all features more “realtime” (current day), but it requires some work behind the scenes (in progress).
Soon we will share a blog post detailing changes introduced since releasing the updated version. Rest assured that we are actively working on many more improvements to be introduced during this year and beyond.
